Ediya Coffee announced on the 2nd that it will strengthen its dessert lineup by launching two types of ‘Yakgwa desserts’ on the 4th.
The two new Yakgwa desserts are products utilizing the traditional snack Yakgwa, which has recently gained great popularity among the MZ generation due to the ‘Halmaennial (Grandmother + Millennial)’ trend. They are characterized by being easy to enjoy alongside various beverages, including Ediya Coffee’s ‘New Americano’.
The ‘Yakgwa Cream Cheese Cookie’ features a cookie filled with fragrant cream cheese topped with chewy-textured Yakgwa and coated with jipcheong syrup to emphasize its sweet flavor.
The ‘Yakgwa Butter Bar’ is baked by placing chewy butter filling on a crispy cookie crust, then topped with jipcheong syrup and mini Yakgwa, allowing you to enjoy both sweetness and a mild taste.
