Gyeongbuk Development Corporation, Recruiting Tenants for 21 Youth Purchase Rental Houses at '50% of Market Rent'
Gyeongbuk Development Corporation (President Lee Jae-hyuk) is recruiting tenants for youth purchase rental housing until July 17 to ensure housing stability for young people.
Youth purchase rental housing refers to existing multi-family and multi-unit houses that are purchased and renovated, then supplied to young people without homes at rental rates lower than market prices.
The rental conditions are about 40-50% of the surrounding market price, and the rental period is initially 2 years, with the possibility of residing up to 6 years if renewal conditions are met.
The houses supplied this time total 21 units in the Gumi area, and applicants must be unmarried young people aged between 19 and 39, including university students and job seekers without homes.

Priority will be given to youth who are former wards of the state, youths discharged from shelters, and young recipients of public assistance, which is expected to greatly contribute to housing stability for vulnerable groups.
