Gyeonggi Fire Department Certifies Excellent Fire Safety Management Businesses... Applications Open Until July 28
The Gyeonggi-do Fire and Disaster Headquarters is accepting applications for the Excellent Multi-use Facility Safety Management Certification until the 28th of next month.
The selection criteria require no violations of fire, construction, electrical, and gas-related laws or fire incidents in the past three years. Additionally, applicants must have established their own plans to conduct regular fire education and training for employees and maintain related records for the past three years.
Facilities wishing to receive the Excellent Facility Certification should submit the application form and required documents to the fire station with jurisdiction over their business location. The Fire and Disaster Headquarters will select excellent facilities through a review meeting scheduled for August and September.
Selected excellent facilities will receive a certificate of commendation and benefits such as exemption from fire safety inspections and fire safety education for two years.

The Fire and Disaster Headquarters is accepting certification applications from 38,852 multi-use facilities located in 21 cities and counties, excluding 10 cities and counties in the northern region of the province.
