[Sale Calendar] 4th Week of June, 4,548 Units Nationwide Including e-Pyeonhansesang Dongtan Park Honors
In the fourth week of June, a total of 4,548 households nationwide will begin pre-sale.

Real Estate R114 announced on the 26th that a total of 4,548 households (3,916 general sale households) will start pre-sale in 10 complexes nationwide (including pre-subscription) in the fourth week of June.
Applications will be accepted at sites such as Godeokgangil 3 Complex Phase 2 (pre-subscription) in Gangdong-gu, Seoul; e-Pyeonhansesang Dongtan Park Honors in Sindong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi; Hoban Summit Incheon Geomdan in Bullo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon; and Hillstate Mojong Blanc Luce in Mojong-dong, Asan-si, Chungnam.
Model houses are scheduled to open at seven locations including Cheongnyangni Lotte Castle High Luce in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; Dunsan Xi I-Park in Tanbang-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and Daeyeon D.I.L in Daeyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan.
DL E&C will offer the second round of pre-sale for e-Pyeonhansesang Dongtan Park Honors at Block A56 in Dongtan 2 New Town, Sindong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi. The complex consists of 13 buildings ranging from two basement floors to 12 above-ground floors, with a total of 800 households, sold in two rounds. Following the first round (437 households), 363 households with exclusive areas of 99 and 115㎡ will be offered in the second round.
Located within the new town, the complex is surrounded by elementary, middle, and high school educational facilities, as well as parks and commercial facilities. Centered around Dongtan Station, the GTX-A line (scheduled for 2024), Dongtan Urban Railway (tram), and Dongtan-Indeokwon Line are planned, which is expected to greatly improve the surrounding transportation environment.
GS Construction and HDC Hyundai Development Company plan to pre-sell Dunsan Xi I-Park through the redevelopment project of Sung-eori Saem Housing in 514-360 Tanbang-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon. The complex consists of 12 buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 42 floors above ground, with a total of 1,974 households, of which 1,353 households with exclusive areas of 59 to 145㎡ will be offered for general sale.
