Silla University Holds 'Dream Start Employment Camping' to Strengthen Job Competency
Shilla University conducted the ‘2023 Dream Start Employment Camping’ to strengthen the employment capabilities of college students preparing for jobs.
The event, held from the 22nd to the 23rd at Shilla University Central Library and Global Town, was attended by about 50 enrolled students.
The event aimed to enhance the employment capabilities of college students preparing for jobs, featuring interview guidance from current HR managers, advice and encouragement on employment-related concerns and career paths, as well as Q&A sessions.
On the first day of the event, expert lectures and talks were held on ▲Using ChatGPT and employment strategies ▲Image consulting using personal color ▲Practical mock interviews.

Side events such as ▲Making personalized mugs for employment success wishes ▲Photographing application documents ▲Mini campfire were also held.
Bae Il-kwon, director of Shilla University’s University Job Plus Center, said, “This program seems to have helped strengthen fundamental employment capabilities rather than preparing for employment through last-minute cramming, by designing a mid- to long-term curriculum based on aptitude.”
