Rolling Pasta Introduces New Menu Item: Gorgonzola Cream Pasta
Collaboration with Chef Fabri Part 2
Rolling Pasta, a pasta specialty brand under The Born Korea, announced on the 21st that it will launch a new "Gorgonzola Cream Pasta" emphasizing the authentic flavor of Italian cheese in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Fabrizio Ferrari (Fabri).
The Gorgonzola Cream Pasta is the second menu item planned following the great popularity of the first collaborative menu (Ragu Pasta) introduced with Chef Fabri in December last year. It features a rich and luxurious cream pasta taste by combining a savory cream sauce base with various ingredients such as Gorgonzola cheese, asparagus, walnuts, onions, and king oyster mushrooms.
