According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, in the third week of June, a total of 1,349 households (including urban lifestyle housing, officetels, and publicly supported private rentals, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications at seven locations nationwide.
More than 95% of the total supply is concentrated in the provinces. On the 20th, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for The First Desiang, located in Wolsan-dong, Nam-gu, Gwangju. It consists of 7 buildings from basement level 2 to 20 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡, totaling 565 households. Among them, 64 households will be offered to the general public.
On the 21st, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for Wonju Dongmun The East, located in Gwansel-dong, Wonju, Gangwon Province. It consists of 11 buildings from basement level 2 to 15 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 80 to 115㎡, totaling 873 households.
In addition, general sales will be conducted at places such as Dietre The First in Eunpyeong New Town, Seoul (60 households).
