Selvas AI, Selvy MediVoice Cloud Users Increase by 30%
Selvas AI announced on the 14th that its AI medical voice recognition product, 'Selvy MediVoice,' is rapidly expanding from tertiary general hospitals, university hospitals, and public hospitals to general and small-to-medium-sized hospitals as well as general radiology clinics. The number of users increased by 30% compared to last year.
'Selvy MediVoice' is the first AI medical voice recognition product in Korea based on AI voice recognition technology, offering both on-premise installation and cloud services. It has learned medical terminology specific to specialties such as radiology and nuclear medicine, boasting a recognition rate of over 98%. It will also be introduced to radiology medical staff at the '10th Spring Comprehensive Symposium of the Korean Society of Radiology,' held at Lotte Hotel Busan from the 22nd to the 23rd.
The Selvy MediVoice cloud service can be conveniently used anytime and anywhere with a monthly subscription fee, without the burden of initial introduction costs. It can be installed on medical staff PCs to allow reading records at desired locations and times. It is currently in use at Jeonju Daejain Hospital, Heo Yujai Hospital, Daegu Gu Hospital, Daegyeong Radiology, Daegu Nasaret General Hospital, and Hessel Clinic, among others.
The radiology medical staff at Jeonju Daejain Hospital said, "Selvy MediVoice is a service optimized for improving reading work efficiency, and wrist fatigue caused by typing was severe," adding, "It is convenient to input reading results by voice." They also noted, "The recognition rate is high for specialized medical terms and abbreviations mixed with Korean and English," and added, "It is convenient because customization is possible for dates, capitalization, and pronunciation forms of specific words."

Yoon Jae-seon, head of the voice recognition business at Selvas AI, said, "As familiarity with voice recognition technology increases, medical staff are showing great interest in Selvy MediVoice," and added, "Among medical staff who are willing to improve work efficiency, the number of cloud service users is increasing."
