CareerDay, a professional network platform led by CEO Kang Kyung-min, announced on the 14th that it has secured an investment of 400 million KRW from D.CAMP, Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, and Yuseong Electronics, completing a total seed investment of 1.1 billion KRW.
CareerDay is a platform that connects current employees seeking side jobs with employers looking for skilled professionals. Over 12,000 active experts from various fields such as ▲IT ▲finance ▲bio ▲semiconductors ▲shipbuilding ▲steel ▲chemicals are participating. Since its official service launch in November 2021, the platform has experienced a 20% monthly average growth in transaction volume, with a cumulative total of 3,000 matches between experts and companies.
With this investment, CareerDay plans to secure more talent and enhance key features such as matching and recommendation systems between clients and experts.
