Ottogi announced on the 14th that it has launched the 'Twimanjeon Dipping Sauce,' which pairs well with fried foods, dumplings, and jeon (Korean pancakes).
The new product features 15% black vinegar made from domestically produced brown rice, rich in essential amino acids, calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Ottogi blended its homemade black vinegar base with aromatic vegetables such as garlic, chili, and onion in a golden ratio to create a tangy, spicy flavor with a subtle aroma. This dipping sauce is perfect for fried foods, dumplings, and jeon, and is also great as a salad dressing or meat marinade.
