Boseong-gun Holds Communication Training for MZ Generation Public Officials
Healing Education for Over 120 Participants, Communication Time with County Governor Also Provided
Boseong County announced that on the 9th, it held the ‘2023 Boseong County Tok! Tok! Unique MZ Generation Public Officials Communication Training’ for grade 8 public officials at Jeamsan Natural Recreation Forest.
This training was organized to strengthen the organizational cohesion of MZ generation public officials and to foster a communication atmosphere in the workplace. It is conducted in three sessions from the 9th to the 16th, with about 40 participants per group.
The training focused on healing and organizational capacity-building programs, including organizational adaptation education for understanding oneself and others, time for empathy and communication to enhance trust and pride among employees, and recharging trekking to relieve stress.
In particular, Kim Cheol-woo, the governor of Boseong County, who participated in various programs with the employees, received great responses by sharing candid opinions with MZ generation employees during the communication time.
An employee named Lee, who participated in the training, said, “It was a valuable time where I could feel that understanding and respect for each other are necessary to work confidently.” He added, “I will do my best to work hard and enjoyably for a better future of Boseong.”
Governor Kim Cheol-woo of Boseong County said, “I am pleased to have this communication time with public officials who are the future of Korea and the main players of Boseong County.” He added, “We will continue to support various communication programs to prevent conflicts within the organization and keep pace with the changing environment.”
