Hwasun-gun, Additional Recruitment for Youth Employment Housing Cost Support Program Beneficiaries
For Workers Aged 18 to 39 Living in Rental Housing Without Home Ownership
Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 1st that it will additionally recruit candidates for the 'Youth Employment Housing Cost Support Project,' which aims to support the housing stability and economic independence of working youth.
The 'Youth Employment Housing Cost Support Project' provides up to 100,000 KRW per month for 12 months to working youth residing in Hwasun-gun to assist with housing costs (jeonse or monthly rent).
The project is promoted to reduce the economic burden on young people and help them settle stably in Hwasun, with an additional recruitment scale of 13 people.
Eligibility requirements include workers or business owners aged 18 to 39 residing in Hwasun-gun, living in jeonse housing (with loans of 50 million KRW or more) or monthly rent housing (60,000 KRW or less), and having an income at or below 150% of the median income.

However, homeowners and those who are recipients of similar housing-related projects by the government or local governments are excluded.
