Peace Korea, Seire Peace Prayer Meeting... 'Praying for the Release of Missionaries Detained in North Korea'
The nonprofit organization Peace Korea announced on the 30th that it will hold the "17th Seire Peace Prayer Meeting" from the 5th to the 25th of next month.
The Seire Peace Prayer Meeting is a united prayer movement for gospel unification. This year, the prayer meeting will be held both online and offline, touring 30 churches and organizations domestically and internationally, including Germany, France, Japan, and Indonesia, over 21 days.
Marking the 70th anniversary of the armistice agreement, this year’s theme is especially "Love One Another," praying for the release of North Korean detained missionaries. Participants can join the prayer meeting through worship videos uploaded daily at 8 p.m.

After the Seire Peace Prayer Meeting period, a united project titled "Peace 2023 United by Gospel Unification" will be conducted. Detailed programs include the International Peace Academic Conference (7.21 in Seoul), the DMZ International Peace United Worship and DMZ Peace Concert (7.25 at Imjingak Peace Nuri), and private-public diplomacy efforts for the repatriation of detained North Korean missionaries (overseas meetings, photo exhibitions, government meetings, etc.).
