Daesang Cheongjeongwon Launches Renewed 'Kongdabaekmyeon' Made with Soy Milk
Addition of New Sari Noodles to Existing 6 Types
Daesang Cheongjeongwon announced on the 30th that it will relaunch 'Light and Healthy Enjoyment of Kongdambaekmyeon,' which adds not only health management but also taste and enjoyment.
Kongdambaekmyeon is tofu noodles made from soy milk, first introduced domestically by Cheongjeongwon in June 2021. Made with soy milk instead of wheat flour, it attracted consumers' attention for being easy to enjoy without calorie concerns.
The renewed Kongdambaekmyeon contains per serving of noodles (150g) ▲30 kcal ▲0% sugar ▲gluten-free ▲KETO certified product. Certification is granted when carbohydrate content is less than 9g per serving. Because of this, the company explained that even diabetic patients can enjoy it without burden. In fact, last month, Cheongjeongwon signed a 'business agreement for healthy eating habits' with the Korea Diabetes Association and officially sponsors Kongdambaekmyeon for light and healthy enjoyment.
