'Marijuana Smoking and Possession' Kim Ye-won, Former Green Party Leader, Sent to Prosecution Without Detention
Former Green Party co-representative Kim Yewon has been referred to the prosecution on charges of marijuana smoking and possession.
According to the police on the 24th, the Seoul Western Police Station sent Kim, the former representative, to prosecution without detention on the 22nd on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.
The police conducted a pre-investigation on Kim in January and detected the charges. The National Forensic Service's detailed analysis tested positive for marijuana, and marijuana was also found during a search of Kim's residence.
