Seodaemun-gu Supports 70% of Electricity Costs for Outdoor Security Lights in Apartment Complexes
Applications accepted until the 29th of this month for multi-family housing complexes with 30 or more households in the area
Seodaemun-gu (Mayor Lee Seongheon) announced on the 23rd that it will increase the support rate for 'electricity bills for outdoor security lights in multi-family housing complexes' from 60% of last year's fee to 70% this year to ease the increased burden on residents due to the rise in electricity rates.
The target is multi-family housing complexes with 30 or more households in the area. Interested complexes can download the application form from the district office website (Information by Category → Urban Management → Multi-family Housing), fill it out, and submit it along with the bill by email, fax, or mail by the 29th of this month.
The district office will select the supported multi-family housing complexes for the first half of this year in June and provide subsidies covering 70% of the electricity bills for outdoor security lights charged from November last year to April this year.
Last year, the district supported 91 multi-family housing complexes with approximately 76 million won for outdoor security light electricity bills over the first and second halves of the year.
