Enhancing Grievance Handling Capabilities to Resolve Complaints
Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, conducted a capacity-building training session on handling grievance complaints for over 60 personnel in charge at the county office's large conference room on the 18th.

View original imageThe training was held to improve satisfaction with grievance complaints caused by illegal, unfair, or passive administrative actions and unreasonable administrative systems that infringe on citizens' rights or cause inconvenience or burden to the public.
The session was led by Jangyeon Ko, CEO of Service Plus based in Seoul, under the theme "Reducing Complaints and Increasing Satisfaction," and lasted for two hours.
This training received great responses from participants as it focused on understanding and responding to the recently increasing grievance complaints (including special cases), sharing examples of handling grievance complaints, and other case-based lectures.
