Nationwide Cloudy with Rain in Some Areas... Daytime Highs 17 to 28 Degrees
On Friday the 19th, the whole country is expected to be mostly cloudy. Morning low temperatures will range from 14 to 17 degrees Celsius, and daytime high temperatures will be between 17 and 28 degrees Celsius. Morning temperatures will be higher than average, while daytime temperatures will be similar to or slightly above average.
There will be rain until dawn in the southern coastal areas of Jeollanam-do and the southern inland areas of Gyeongsangbuk-do. Rain will fall in Jeju Island until morning, and along the eastern coast of southern Gyeongsangbuk-do and the coastal areas of Gyeongsangnam-do until the morning as well.
From dawn to daytime, occasional rain is expected in the Yeongdong region of Gangwon Province and the northern eastern coast of Gyeongsangbuk-do. Expected precipitation over the two days (18th?19th) is 10 to 40 mm in the southern, eastern, and mountainous areas of Jeju Island; 5 to 20 mm along the southern coast; and around 5 mm in the southern Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do regions. The northern eastern coast of Gangwon Province and Ulleungdo and Dokdo Islands will receive less than 5 mm. About 5 mm of rain is expected in the Yeongdong region of Gangwon Province on the 19th.
Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion. In the mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, dense fog with visibility below 200 meters is expected until the afternoon, so caution is advised for traffic safety. Visibility will also be low in areas where rain is falling.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the coastal waters of the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the coastal waters of the West Sea. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
