On the 17th, Gyeonggi Province announced that it will host the 'Gyeonggi Youth Lecture Contest and Career Experience Fair' for local youth on the 19th and 20th at the Convention Hall on the 3rd floor of the Suwon Convention Center.
In 2020, Gyeonggi Province became the first metropolitan local government to designate May 24th as 'Gyeonggi Youth Day' and has been holding an annual youth fair to raise public interest in youth.
This year's fair will feature various content and attractions, including a 3-on-3 basketball tournament (middle and high school divisions) on the 7th and 14th as pre-events, followed by the Gyeonggi Youth Day ceremony and career experience activities on the 19th and 20th.
Main events include ▲Youth Day ceremony ▲talk concert ▲mentor lecture by B-boy Jinjo Crew ▲youth lecture contest ▲career experience booths.
Additionally, Gyeonggi Province will set up informative and fun booths at the venue, such as youth psychological counseling, 3D pen art experience, environmental education and activities, beauty experience, leather crafts, natural beeswax candle making, sports games, and instant photography.

Kim Hyang-sook, Director of the Lifelong Education Bureau of Gyeonggi Province, said, "We hope that through this fair, youth will be able to nurture their dreams and capabilities while having fun and excitement," adding, "We will continue to strive to ensure that youth grow up safely and healthily."
