Gwangju Shinsegae Opens Street-Style Outdoor Brand 'Bigandi'
Gwangju Shinsegae Co., Ltd. (CEO Donghoon Lee) announced on the 16th that it has newly opened ‘BGEND,’ an outdoor brand with street sensibility targeting the MZ generation, on the basement first floor of the new building.
BGEND contains the Korean meaning of ‘Bigan Dwi’ (after the rain). It presents a style different from the typical concept of outdoor brands based on street casual and outdoor looks.
The signature logo naturally depicts a fish on a wind chime (a landscape swaying in the wind) with brush strokes. The signature silhouette features oversized and genderless designs, uniquely developed around black + blue and off-white + green colors. The store differentiates itself with a clear color scheme and a unique fitting room designed not as a simple purchasing decision space but as a cultural space.
To celebrate the new opening, a 20% discount event (excluding some items) will be held until the 21st.
