Eunpyeong-gu (District Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) announced that it will hold an ‘Online Special Discount Sale’ from the 15th to the 31st to support traditional markets struggling due to rising prices.
The ‘Online Special Discount Sale’ is a discount event that allows convenient online purchase of popular traditional market products and is held on ‘Coupang Eats.’ A 4500 KRW discount coupon is provided for purchases over 15,000 KRW, and the event will end early once the coupons are exhausted.
This discount event involves about 43 stores from three traditional markets in Eunpyeong-gu: Yeonseo, Daejo, and Daerim Golmok Markets. The event items include popular products from these three traditional markets such as seasonal fruits, vegetables, meat, side dishes, jokbal (pig’s trotters), tteokbokki, and dakgangjeong (sweet crispy fried chicken).
The special discount sale for traditional markets is a project aimed at increasing sales and expanding consumption of traditional markets through intensive joint marketing and promotional support targeting traditional markets.
