The ‘Yangcheon Police Station Police Development Council,’ a local community public safety policy consultative body, donated 30 sets of longevity clothes (burial garments) worth approximately 12 million KRW for 30 low-income elderly residents in the area. The donated items will be distributed through the Yangcheon District Volunteer Center.
Lee Gijae, Mayor of Yangcheon District, said, “I sincerely thank all the members of the Yangcheon Police Station Police Development Council who participated in this meaningful sharing, and I will ensure that the donated longevity clothes are carefully delivered to the local elderly.”
