Gangnam-gu Civil Complaints Guide, Handled by Robots
Gangnam Bot Demonstration Held on the 12th
Gangnam-gu (District Mayor Jo Seong-myeong) held a demonstration of the public service guide robot (hereinafter referred to as 'Gangnam Bot') in the lobby of the district office main building on the 12th.
District Mayor Jo Seong-myeong awarded an official ID to Gangnam Bot and observed its task performance. Gangnam Bot autonomously navigates within a designated area in the civil service office on the first floor of the main building, guiding visitors to the civil service counters.
Since May, the district has been operating one service robot on a trial basis in the district office civil service room, and from July, it will actively promote the service robot demonstration project at the district office civil service room and the Gangnam Future Education Center.
