Recruitment for 'Yeongyang Honbap Class' in Dong-gu, Gwangju
Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, is recruiting participants for the 'Nutrition Solo Meal Class.'
Dong-gu is accepting applications on a first-come, first-served basis for 40 single-person households in the district who are in health blind spots.
The application period is until the 12th, and interested individuals can apply by contacting the Health Project Division and Healthy Living Section and following the provided instructions.
'Nutrition Solo Meal Class' is a customized nutrition management program for single-person households with chronic diseases. Ingredients and recipes tailored to each disease-specific diet will be provided once a month, for a total of seven times, to each participant's home.
The solo meal menus include ▲Wild chive and cockle bibimbap ▲Chive soybean paste kalguksu ▲Nutritious samgyetang ▲Three-color acorn jelly cold soup ▲Root vegetable perilla seed sujebi ▲Black tofu mushroom rice bowl ▲Beef bone soup with yellowtail, etc.
