Hyundai Department Store Duty Free, Participates in 'Korea Duty Free Festa'
Collaboration with Korea Customs Service and Korea Duty Free Shop Association
Offering Various Benefits Including Price Discounts
Hyundai Department Store Duty Free announced on the 4th that it will participate in the 'Korea Duty Free Festa' held throughout May to attract foreign customers and promote domestic consumption.
The Korea Duty Free Festa is a duty-free shopping festival jointly presented by the Korea Customs Service and the Korea Duty Free Shop Association to encourage visits from foreign tourists and boost domestic consumption during the peak travel season. A total of 16 duty-free shop operators nationwide, including duty-free shops in Seoul, Incheon, Busan, and Jeju, as well as regional duty-free shops in Daegu, Muan, and Ulsan, will participate both online and offline.

View original imageDuring the event period, Hyundai Department Store Duty Free will provide domestic customers visiting the Trade Center and Dongdaemun branches with an 'H. Prepaid Card' worth up to 3.25 million KRW, which can be used like cash based on their purchase amount. Foreign customers visiting the stores will have their membership status upgraded to Gold.
Branch-specific events will also be held. At the Trade Center branch, both domestic and foreign customers can purchase luxury fashion brand products such as Givenchy, Bally, and Off-White at discounts of up to 80%. At the Incheon Airport branch, new members, both domestic and foreign, will receive a membership upgrade to Gold and a 5,000 KRW prepaid card upon signing up.
