HiteJinro announced on the 4th that it will introduce four types of wine from the Italian winery ‘Jasci&Marchesani’.
Jasci&Marchesani is an Italian winery certified organic in the 1980s, pursuing biodynamic farming methods that cultivate grapes without using chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Under the philosophy of harmonizing with nature, they create healthy soil and maintain organically grown grapes in their natural state to produce ideal wines. The four wines being released this time are made from 100% Montepulciano, an indigenous Italian grape variety, characterized by a strong and dry taste that pairs well with grilled meat.

‘Jasci Marchesani Janu Montepulciano’ undergoes two maturations over 16 months, exhibiting an intense ruby color and features rich chocolate and fruit aromas. It can be aged for 10 years, with flavors that are maximized through long-term aging. It has been recognized for its high quality, receiving perfect scores for multiple vintages from the Italian wine critic ‘Luca Maroni.’ ‘Jasci Marchesani Rudir Montepulciano’ is a wine notable for its complex flavors of black cherry and cinnamon chocolate. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 months, followed by an additional two years of bottle aging to enhance its taste.
