Participants in the "Living in Busan for a Month" program will travel around various parts of Busan's original downtown area during their stay, discovering hidden attractions and lesser-known charms of Busan. They will fulfill their mission as "Busan Tourism Ambassadors" by posting at least one entry per day on their personal social networking services (SNS).
Additionally, through networking among participants, startup mentoring, morning plogging, one-day classes, and other diverse experiential programs, participants will have a great opportunity to enjoy a variety of experiences and directly see and feel the charm of Busan during their stay.
The city plans to recruit a total of 35 teams (1 to 2 members per team) this year, operating the program twice: the first session in June with 15 teams, and the second session from September to October with 20 teams.
Participants will receive support for accommodation costs (up to 50,000 KRW per day per team) and experiential programs (worth about 50,000 KRW per person) for a minimum stay of 4 nights and a maximum of 29 nights while completing assigned missions. However, food and living expenses are self-funded.
