Norang Poongseon announced on the 3rd that it received the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Strategy and Finance Award in the ESG Management category at the 17th National Sustainable ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) Conference.

The National Sustainable Management (ESG) Conference is hosted by the Korea Journalists Association and supported by a total of eight government ministries, including the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Health and Welfare. The event recognizes and rewards companies and institutions that have exemplary practices in sustainable ESG management and have significantly contributed to securing national competitiveness.
Since 2012, Norang Poongseon has continued various social contribution activities for socially vulnerable groups, including ▲volunteering at childcare centers ▲delivering briquettes ▲supporting the Love Meal Truck ▲donating sanitary products to female adolescents ▲supporting the creation of safe school routes ▲and the 'Dream Making Project,' a travel support program for disadvantaged overseas travelers.
Additionally, the company established an eco-friendly work environment by implementing company-wide paperless operations to reduce paper usage. Recently, noticing travelers' growing interest in eco-friendly keywords, Norang Poongseon introduced sustainable eco-friendly travel products that minimize carbon emissions, such as ▲plogging (picking up trash while jogging), zero waste (minimizing waste) ▲bicycle riding tours ▲and the Malama Hawaii campaign.
