'SaeBit Sale Festa Suwon' Opens on the 1st... Discount Event Until the 10th

View original imageThe discount event "Saebit Sale Festa Suwon," involving traditional markets, small business owners, department stores, and large supermarkets in the Suwon area of Gyeonggi Province, opened on the 1st.
From the 1st to the 10th, Suwon City announced that 22 traditional markets in Suwon, small business owners, quasi-large stores, the Southern Gyeonggi Supermarket Association, department stores, large supermarkets, Suwon Agricultural and Marine Products Wholesale Market, and Suwon Local Food Direct Market will participate in the "Saebit Sale Festa Suwon" event, offering various items at discounted prices.
Discount items and rates vary by vendor, but all offer at least a 5% discount. At the opening ceremony held at Jidonggyo in Paldal-gu, Suwon City, the opening declaration was made along with a sharing auction.
This auction, hosted by the Distribution Win-Win Alliance, will be held three times: at 2 p.m. on the 5th at Jeongja Market, and at 12 noon on the 7th at Maesan Rotema Street Cultural Plaza. All proceeds will be donated to low-income citizens.

At the opening ceremony, Suwon Mayor Lee Jae-jun said, "To revitalize the local economy, which has been struggling due to rising prices and economic recession, we have prepared this large-scale discount event for the first time," adding, "We hope this event will greatly help activate the local economy."
