Expectations for a recovery in the housing sales market are emerging due to government deregulation and the freeze on the base interest rate. Construction companies are preparing to launch sales in time for the spring peak season.
According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 1,038 households (including urban lifestyle housing, excluding Happy Housing) will open for subscription in three locations nationwide in the fourth week of April.
Next week, the entire supply is concentrated in the metropolitan area. On the 24th, Kyube State in Cheongpa-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul (6 households) will be supplied. On the 25th, first-priority subscriptions will be accepted for Elif Mia Station, located in Mia-dong, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul. It consists of 3 buildings, from 5 basement floors to 24 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 49 to 84㎡, totaling 260 households.
In Gyeonggi Province, on the same day, first-priority subscriptions will be accepted for Bongdam Junghung S-Class Central Edu (806 households), located in Bongdam-eup, Hwaseong City. It consists of 8 buildings, from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 72 to 101㎡, totaling 806 households.
