Tmax Group and Avery Dennison Collaborate to Maximize Logistics Delivery and Supply Chain Efficiency
View original imageTmax announced on the 11th that it will commercialize and advance domestically the contactless recognition system (RFID) technology-based solution of Avery Dennison, a science and digital recognition solutions company.
The two companies plan to build a system that maximizes production efficiency by providing real-time inventory notifications across RFID-specialized warehouse systems and logistics supply chains.
Tmax Group will supply system integration, artificial intelligence, and other necessary technologies and software for the construction and operation of RFID-specialized warehouse management systems using its core technologies such as the super app platform. Additionally, Avery Dennison, the world's largest UHF (ultra-high frequency) RFID company, will provide digital recognition technology that further enhances delivery speed, accuracy, efficiency, and sustainability, offering innovative solutions.
To this end, the two companies signed a related business agreement on March 7.

A Tmax official stated, "In the future, logistics centers will be able to track all processes from product receipt to shipment and delivery to customers, as well as conduct big data-based customer marketing," adding, "As products are quickly sorted and delivered without human intervention, significant labor cost savings are also expected."
