Kocca and KDB Industrial Bank Foster K-Content Startups
Business Agreement for Overseas Expansion Support and VC Participation
On the 5th, the Korea Creative Content Agency signed a business agreement with KDB Industrial Bank at the Industrial Bank IR Center to foster K-content startups. The main points include ▲supporting overseas expansion of content startups through connections with Industrial Bank's overseas branches ▲participation of venture capital (VC) recommended by the startup con hosted by the Korea Creative Content Agency. Headquartered in Singapore, Industrial Bank operates overseas branches in eleven locations including New York, London, and Tokyo.

View original imageIn June, the Korea Creative Content Agency will also participate in Next Rise, a startup fair jointly hosted by five organizations including Industrial Bank. They will operate a 400㎡ joint pavilion for content startups. A representative from the Korea Creative Content Agency said, "We plan to explore various development plans through close exchanges even after the event."

Both parties have already collaborated last month by jointly conducting the K-Content Industry Special Round. This is part of KDB Next Round, Industrial Bank's startup investment attraction program. About 100 people including VC judges attended to confirm the growth of content startups and lay the foundation for collaboration.
