Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Launches 4th Session of Future Management Academy
The 4th Future Management Academy of the Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gyeongnam opened on the 5th.
The Future Management Academy was launched in 2020 to discover future industries in the region and promote regional economic development despite the stagnant economic conditions, and it is sponsored by BNK Gyeongnam Bank.

View original imageThis year, the 4th Future Management Academy includes a total of 37 participants, such as business owners who have managed companies for several years, second-generation business owners, prospective managers, and corporate executives.
The entrance ceremony began with a lecture titled "The Rules of Communication That Captivate the Heart" by Kim Eun-seong, KBS announcer and Korea's first PhD in Speech Communication. In the second week, Hong Chun-wook, CEO of Prism Investment Advisory, will give a lecture on "The End of Inflation and the 2023 Asset Market," followed by a lecture titled "The God of Negotiation" by negotiation expert Choi Cheol-gyu, CEO of HSG Human Solution, in the third week.
The Future Management Academy, which runs until October, has various activities planned, including "Conversations with Mentors" with Gu Ja-cheon, chairman of the Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, industrial inspections, workshops, and community service in the region.
Chairman Gu said, "If you overcome and endure the painful moments when you feel you can no longer run, gradually the pain eases and a second wind comes that gives you the motivation to keep running," adding, "As our businesspeople have silently endured the moments of crisis and difficulties that have come over the past few years for the sake of the nation and regional economy, let us prepare together for the second wind that will blow again with the youthful spirit and passion of the students gathered here today."

The Future Management Academy has graduated a total of 115 people from the 1st to 3rd classes, and the alumni associations by class continue to maintain their networks.
