Gwangyeon Fisheries sponsors Choi Ye-rim, who is competing in the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour.

On the 30th, Gwangyeon Fisheries held a sponsorship signing ceremony for Choi Ye-rim at the main branch of their directly operated "Jangeo-jip" (Eel Restaurant) in Gangdong-gu, Seoul. This is the second athlete sponsorship following Yoo Hyo-ju, the winner of the WEMIX Championship. Choi Ye-rim will wear the Gwangyeon Fisheries logo and participate in official events such as tournaments for the next year.
Choi Ye-rim, a former national team reserve, debuted on the KLPGA regular tour in 2018. Last year, she recorded a total of five runner-up finishes, including three second-place results. This year, she was selected as the 15th promotional model for the KLPGA. Choi Ye-rim expressed her ambition, saying, "I prepared my best during the training camp, and now I feel one step closer to winning. This year, I will definitely lift the winner's trophy."
