Mid-sized Housing Companies to Supply 4,885 Units Nationwide in April
Next month, mid-sized housing companies will supply a total of 4,885 households nationwide.
The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 29th that, based on a survey of its member companies' housing sales plans for April, 11 companies will supply a total of 4,885 households across 11 projects next month.
This figure represents an increase of 1,633 households compared to the same month last year (3,252 households). The supply volume from mid-sized housing companies has been steadily increasing this year, with ▲1,986 households in January ▲1,176 households in February ▲4,436 households in March.

Next month's supply is concentrated more in the provinces than in the metropolitan area. In the metropolitan area, a total of 465 households are scheduled for sale in Gyeonggi-do (400 households) and Seoul (65 households). In the provinces, sales are planned in Busan (2,092 households), Chungcheongbuk-do (1,474 households), Chungcheongnam-do (451 households), Gangwon-do (292 households), Daegu (101 households), and Jeju-do (20 households).
