Follow-up Personnel Changes Following the Appointment of the Executive Director
IBK Industrial Bank of Korea announced on the 28th that it has appointed Yoo Il-kwang, Head of the Compliance Management Office, as the new Head of the Management Support Group (Executive Vice President). This personnel change is a follow-up measure following the appointment of a Senior Executive Director (Senior Vice President) on the 21st.
Executive Vice President Yoo joined the bank in 1994 and has served as Branch Manager of Dong Suwon Dream Enterprise Branch, Heungdeok Branch, and Head of the Compliance Management Office. During his tenure as Head of the Compliance Management Office, he contributed to establishing organizational culture by not only enacting the 'Desirable Leadership' policy but also improving protocol practices and redefining meeting and reporting guidelines within the organization.
