Lotte ON and Lotte Department Store announced on the 27th that they have signed a business agreement with LVMH Cosmetics to create synergy across online and offline channels.
The two companies will focus on strengthening competitiveness by developing differentiated products and services, and plan to showcase joint marketing activities such as launching new products from LVMH Cosmetics brands first or holding exclusive launch events.
