Gyeongnam FTA Utilization Support Center, Recruiting Beneficiary Companies for Online Direct Export
Support for Amazon US Store Entry
Assistance in Targeting the US Export Market
The Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry Gyeongnam FTA Utilization Support Center is recruiting beneficiary companies in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies located in the Gyeongnam region to participate in the "FTA Agreement Country Online Direct Export Support Project."
This support project is designed to help SMEs and mid-sized companies overcome the U.S. domestic companies-first trade policy of the FTA partner country, the United States, through online direct exports, and plans to support a total of 16 companies.
The selection of beneficiary companies will be based on ▲ marketability evaluation ▲ Amazon US entry suitability evaluation ▲ export capability evaluation.
Selected companies will receive support for Amazon US entry and account registration, marketing, and sales, which can be utilized not only for entering the U.S. export market but also as an opportunity to diversify export markets.
A center official stated, “As the United States continues to strengthen protectionist trade policies, we plan to provide focused support so that export companies in the Gyeongnam region can successfully target the U.S. export market by entering the global online platform Amazon US and utilizing the Korea-US FTA.”
