The day before, Jeonjangyeon attempted a subway delay protest at City Hall Station on Seoul Subway Line 1. This was the first such protest in 62 days since January 20 at Samgakji Station on Line 4. Additionally, after completing a rally and march on the road east of Seoul City Hall in the afternoon, about 100 disability activists stayed overnight in the waiting room at Exit 5.
