The Gyeongnam Provincial Council held an opening ceremony for the Local Civil Complaint Counseling Center on the 16th at the Gyeongnam Provincial Western Government Complex in Jinju City to facilitate more direct and active communication regarding local issues and inconveniences experienced by residents.
The event, attended by Chairman Kim Jin-bu, council members, and public officials from the provincial government, proceeded with a report on the operation plan for the Local Civil Complaint Counseling Center followed by a plaque unveiling ceremony.

Chairman Kim stated, “The Local Civil Complaint Counseling Center will serve as an advanced base for realizing communication-oriented governance with the residents.” He added, “We will operate the center efficiently as it takes its historic first step, listen more closely to the opinions of the residents, and through this, complete policies tailored to the needs of the residents.”
