20s Man Arrested for Assaulting Woman Met on Dating App
A man who assaulted a woman he met on a dating app and fled was apprehended by the police.
According to a report compiled by Asia Economy on the 16th, the Gwanak Police Station in Seoul urgently arrested a man in his 20s, Mr. A, on suspicion of assault around midnight and is currently investigating.
Mr. A is accused of hitting the victim, Ms. B, whom he met through a dating app, at a villa in Gwanak-gu and then fleeing the scene.
The police, who responded to the report, arrested Mr. A near the villa.
It was confirmed that both Mr. A and Ms. B were intoxicated at the time the police arrived.
