Coinone CEO Investigated as Witness Regarding 'Virtual Asset Listing Solicitation'
Cha Myung-hoon, CEO of Coinone, was questioned as a witness in relation to a request for listing virtual assets.
On the 16th, the Financial Investigation Division 1 of the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Lee Seung-hyung) announced that Cha Myung-hoon, CEO of Coinone, was investigated as a witness on the 13th.
According to the prosecution, CEO Cha was questioned to confirm his position regarding a listing broker who requested favors from exchange officials for the listing of virtual assets.

Previously, Coinone delisted the virtual asset "Wemix," issued by Wemade, through the Digital Asset Exchange Joint Council (DAXA) in December last year, and then relisted it independently two months later.
