View original imageOn Tuesday the 14th, the morning temperature will drop to around 0 degrees Celsius, making it cold, but the cold will gradually ease from the afternoon.
As of 7 a.m. that day, temperatures are Seoul 3.7°C, Incheon 4.0°C, Suwon 3.9°C, Chuncheon -1.3°C, Gangneung 4.5°C, Cheongju 2.5°C, Daejeon 0.0°C, Jeonju 3.1°C, Gwangju 1.3°C, Jeju 4.5°C, Daegu 3.0°C, Busan 6.9°C, Ulsan 4.6°C, Changwon 3.1°C, and so on.
From noon, warm southwesterly winds will flow in, raising temperatures to around 15 degrees Celsius in most regions nationwide. The daytime high temperature is forecast to be 12 to 19 degrees Celsius, about 6 to 7 degrees higher than the previous day (5 to 13 degrees Celsius).
The temperature difference between day and night will be large, so caution is needed for health management during the changing seasons.
Clouds will be widespread nationwide during the day but will clear up from the afternoon. Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East and South Seas, and 1.5 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea.
