Painting and Music, Soothe Yourself... Ulsan Museum Special Lecture 'Healing with Culture'
A special lecture on culture and healing will be held at the Ulsan Museum.
The Ulsan Museum (Director Jo Gyuseong) will hold a special lecture titled "Healing with Culture" at 2 p.m. on the 21st and 24th of March in the Ulsan Museum auditorium.
On March 21, Professor Lee Yunhee, an art psychology counseling expert, will give a lecture on the theme "Art Therapy: Reading the Mind through Old Paintings," exploring the psychological emotions expressed by artists in old paintings. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience art therapy by drawing pictures themselves to understand their psychological state.
On March 24, Professor Jang Yujeong from Dankook University will present a lecture titled "Modern Girls and Modern Boys Loved Modern Songs," unraveling the historical stories contained in the lyrics of modern and contemporary popular music.
Applications for the lectures will be accepted online starting at 10 a.m. on the 8th through the Ulsan City Public Facility Reservation Service website.
The number of participants is limited to 200 per session, and anyone who is an adult can apply. The lectures are free of charge. If there are remaining spots, on-site registration will also be available. For more details, please refer to the Ulsan Museum website.
