Goseong-gun Takes Measures to Prevent Food Poisoning at 35 Locations Including School Group Cafeterias
Creating a Meal Environment Together with Goseong Office of Education
Goseong County in Gyeongnam is conducting a joint inspection with the Goseong Office of Education by the 22nd to create a safe meal environment for the new school term.
This inspection, aimed at preventing food poisoning incidents during the meal process, will be carried out at 35 locations including school and kindergarten cafeterias, food material suppliers, and alternative meal suppliers.
Goseong County in Gyeongnam Province will conduct joint inspections of school group cafeterias and other facilities together with the Goseong Office of Education.
View original imageAdditionally, the cleaning and disinfection management of meal facilities and equipment unused during the vacation, hygiene management and hygienic handling at each stage of food materials (purchase, storage, cooking, serving), and personal hygiene management of cooking staff will be checked. Administrative actions such as fines, correction orders, and business suspension will be taken for violations of the Food Sanitation Act.
