[Weather] Dry and Strong Winds... Temperatures Higher Than Average
On Tuesday the 28th, the whole country is expected to have temperatures generally higher than the average for this time of year, but it will gradually become cloudy from the afternoon.
As of 7 a.m. that day, the temperatures in major areas are Seoul -0.5°C, Incheon 0.4°C, Suwon -4.0°C, Chuncheon -6.0°C, Gangneung 7.9°C, Cheongju -1.7°C, Daejeon -3.0°C, Jeonju -0.6°C, Gwangju -0.2°C, Jeju 5.6°C, Daegu 0.1°C, Busan 5.8°C, Ulsan 0.9°C, Changwon 0.5°C, and others.
The daytime high temperatures are forecasted to be between 7 and 17 degrees Celsius, similar to or slightly higher than the average (7 to 12 degrees Celsius).
In some areas such as Seoul and inland Gyeonggi, the atmosphere is very dry and winds are strong, so special caution is required to prevent fires such as wildfires.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
