Selection of 5 Junior and Mid-Level Experts for the World Bank... Briefing Session on the 16th of Next Month
[Asia Economy Sejong=Reporter Dongwoo Lee] The Ministry of Economy and Finance announced on the 27th that it will recruit candidates to work as junior and mid-level professionals at the World Bank from April 28 to May 30.
The World Bank Junior and Mid-level Professional Program is a system that dispatches young professionals to work at the World Bank for two years at the expense of donor countries. Since its first implementation in 2010, 34 junior and mid-level professionals have been selected. Among the 24 whose dispatch period has ended, 22 have transitioned to World Bank staff.
This year, four junior professionals and one mid-level professional will be selected. Applicants can check the recruitment announcement on the Ministry of Economy and Finance website and submit their application documents via email by May 30.

The Ministry will hold an online briefing session at 10 a.m. on the 16th of next month for those interested in working at the World Bank. The briefing will be conducted in Korean and is open for free attendance.
