Police Expand Investigation into Construction Union... Arrest Warrants Requested for 3 Union Members Suspected of 'Illegal Activities'
The police have requested arrest warrants for three union members suspected of illegal activities at a construction site.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Violent Crime Investigation Unit applied for arrest warrants on the 24th for three officials of a construction union affiliated with the Federation of Korean Trade Unions (FKTU), who are suspected of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (joint extortion and joint coercion).
The police are expanding their investigation into illegal activities by the construction union in all directions.
