Preparing Various Forms of Family Support Measures... Ministry of Gender Equality and Family Announces Communication and Participation Project Contest
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family will hold a public contest for the ‘2023 Family Communication and Participation Project’ starting from the 24th.
This year, to support family service projects that correspond to changes in family composition and life cycles, the ministry is calling for project organizations in two areas: △emergency care and social network formation support for single-person households △consultation and education support for grandparents caring for grandchildren and families supporting elderly parents.
The application period is from the 24th until 6 p.m. on the 16th of next month, and applications can be submitted through the National Subsidy Integrated Management System website (www.gosims.go.kr).
Eligible applicants are corporations or organizations conducting family-related projects, and if selected as support recipients, they will receive subsidies of up to 25 million KRW per project, considering the content and scope of the project.
The selection results will be announced in April through the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family website and the National Subsidy Integrated Management System. Detailed information about the contest can be found on the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family website.
