BNK Busan Bank Launches Mobile 'Electronic Certificate Service'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] BNK Busan Bank will launch the ‘Electronic Certificate Service,’ which allows the issuance and submission of various certificates, on the Busan Bank mobile banking app starting from the 21st.
The ‘Electronic Certificate Service’ enables users to easily issue over 60 types of electronic certificates without visiting civil service offices and conveniently submit them not only to public and private institutions but also to individuals.
Users can directly issue 19 types of certificates frequently used in bank counter services, such as ▲Resident Registration Certificate and Abstract ▲Health Insurance Qualification Certificate ▲Business Registration Certificate, through mobile banking.
Additionally, more than 40 types of certificates, including ▲Family Relation Certificate ▲Pension Insurance Premium Income and Tax Deduction Confirmation ▲Driving Record Certificate, can be accessed via mobile banking in connection with Government24 and other platforms.
Notably, the service allows branch staff to select the necessary certificates for counter services and send messages to customers, who can then easily submit the certificates by accessing the provided URL.
The service is available to individuals and sole proprietors aged 14 and older who use Busan Bank’s mobile banking.
